The omega-3 fatty acids found in fish, EPA and DHA, are considered the most beneficial for human health. Our Triglyceride Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplements provide a concentrated dose of these essential fatty acids. Each softgel delivers 1100 mg of omega 3s, with over 1000 mg of combined EPA and DHA. This is much higher than most omega-3 fish oil supplements, and the reason it’s so concentrated is because our omega-3 fish oils are molecularly distilled, making them exceptionally pure and undiluted. Omega-3 fish oils in the triglyceride form are also better absorbed than the cheaper ethyl esters.*
But vegans and vegetarians need their omega 3s too, and they can’t get them from fish.
