Subscription Terms

NATURELO Premium Supplements Inc. is pleased to offer a Subscription Program for its Products.

When you choose to enroll in a Subscription Program for any NATURELO Product, the following Terms and Conditions apply:


You must have an account, a valid email address, and a credit card and/or debit card to participate in the Subscription Program.


When you place a Subscription order, NATURELO will automatically place and ship that same order every 30, 60, 90, or 120 days (depending on which product you have chosen), unless you have adjusted the shipping frequency of your Subscription, in which case NATURELO will automatically place and ship that same order at the frequency you have designated.


Your Subscription order’s final total may vary due to changes in price, tax rates, and/or shipping costs. Your order total will include:

  • Sales tax, if applicable
  • Shipping and handling costs, if applicable


The credit card you used to place your initial Subscription order will be charged until you cancel your Subscription order or modify your credit card information. Subsequent orders will be charged the day the order is placed and forwarded to the warehouse for processing.

If your credit card is declined at the time of a Subscription order placement, your order will not be placed; you will be notified via email that your Subscription Program payment has failed and you will need to update your credit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your Subscription order will be processed. To update your credit card information, you can log into your Account and click the Payment methods tab.

Credit Card and PayPal payments will be the only valid payment types accepted for Subscription order payment.

The Products available for the Subscription are based on a current price. This means that item prices are not locked in and are subject to change.


A Subscription confirmation email will be sent after each Subscription order is processed and shipped. Once a Subscription order is scheduled, no emails will be sent before subsequent Subscription order shipments are processed.


The initial Subscription period is 30, 60, 90, or 120 days depending on the products you have chosen, with the same order being shipped on the same day of every month as your initial order. If this date falls on a Sunday or a Holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. If your order falls on a date that the following month does not have (example: 31st), your order will be processed on the next business day.

Subscription services are also available at different intervals. You may change the frequency of your Subscription shipments at any time by following these steps:

a) Log into your Account
b) Click the Subscriptions tab
c) Open the Subscription you would like to modify
d) Click Edit Details
e) There you will see the option to adjust the Frequency and Next Ship Date


Ongoing Subscription shipments will be of the same Product(s) ordered during the initial Subscription shipment. You may make changes to the Product(s) in your Subscription at any time by following these steps:

a) Log into your Account
b) Click the Subscriptions tab
c) Adjust the quantity of the products you wish to receive
d) Click Save Quantities

In order to add new Product(s) to your Subscription:

a) Log into your Account
b) Click the PRODUCTS tab in the top navigation menu
c) Open the page of the product you would like to add to your Subscription
d) Under the Add to Cart button, you will see the Add to existing subscription? section
e) Select the subscription you would like to add products to (Note: the shipping frequency for the new product will follow that of the original Subscription)

If you would like to create a Subscription that follows a different shipping frequency, just create a brand new subscription. You are allowed to have multiple concurrent Subscriptions, all being shipped at different schedules.

Should you need assistance with making changes to your Subscription, you may also email us at support@naturè with your name, email address associated with your subscription, and the desired Product change. Pricing may change depending on the changes to the Subscription or the added Product(s). Your Product changes will be reflected in your next scheduled shipment.


If you find you have a surplus of your Product(s) you can postpone your next Subscription shipment to a future date by following these steps:

a) Log into your Account
b) Click the Subscriptions tab
c) Click the subscription number to open the Subscription
d) There you will see the options to:

Suspend Subscription

Skip Next Payment
Ship Now & Keep Schedule
Ship Now & Change Schedule
You may cancel your subscription to Products offered through our Subscription Program at any time. If there is an outstanding order associated with your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect once that order is processed and shipped.

To cancel your subscription just follow these steps:

a) Log into your Account
b) Click the Subscriptions tab
c) Click the subscription number to open the Subscription
d) Select the Cancel option


NATURELO is committed to constantly innovating its Products and from time to time will update a Product’s or Products’ formula. In the event of such an update, your Subscription Program order will continue as before except that the Product or Products will be replaced with the new formula Product or Products. You will not be notified separately of this change before a subsequent Subscription Program order is processed and shipped. The new formula Product or Products will continue on subsequent Subscription shipments unless you choose to remove this item from your Subscription.
