  • To qualify, items must be in original, unused condition, with tags, and receipt/proof of purchase.

  • To begin a return, contact support@naturelo.com. If approved, Naturelo will provide a return shipping label and instructions

  • Orders of $35 USD or more receive free shipping within the United States 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are weight-based; weights are rounded up to the next full pound, following the shipping carrier’s policies

  • When you place your order, Naturelo estimates shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. These estimates appear during checkout
