Even after pregnancy I take one a day and love how long my hair is and how my nails don't break even though I hand wash all my dishes. #sweepstakes

I researched many and thought this one was the best in the market. I took as directed all through pregnancy. Now that I'm not pregnant I still take ones day and thanks to it I have very long hair (I also take vitamin C, collagen). If I skip a day or two my nails break. I guess I can tell it works by those two factors and hope it is also helping me on the inside.

I like the amount in each bottle and the smell of fish is less over powering than other brands
Most well rounded vegan prenatal!

Pros: I take 3 capsules each day WITH food. I am not pregnant but wanted to get a head start on the supplement. I feel great and my cycle is very regular/predictable on this supplement. The supplement includes choline and a number of other ingredients that other vegan prenatal do not. Cons: Be prepared for nausea from the zinc if you take on an empty stomach. Because of the great natural ingredients these capsules have a distinct odor. They did include a scent tablet to put in the container to tame the odor... I still plug my nose when I take them tho. Conclusion: All that being said I think this is the best/well rounded vegan prenatal out there!

I am TTC and these vitamins have not given me any issues whatsoever. I researched so many prenatal vitamins before deciding on Naturelo. #sweepstakes
Good so far

Seems really good so far. There was a bit of a powdery coating on the inside of the bottle though (supplement leaking from the capsule)?
My favourite vegan prenatal vitamin

I used this prenatal vitamin in the time leading up to conception and now during my pregnancy. It is my favourite prenatal. It has all the nutrients I need to compliment my own healthy pregnancy diet. It includes good amounts of iron and other vitamins/minerals and the type of folate is also my preferred kind as some say it Is a more absorbable form of folic acid. I take the 3 vegan capsules daily with dinner and plan to continue taking them postpartum As well. In my first trimester I added an extra vitamin b6 tablet to help With nausea.

I started taking this during pregnancy and breastfeeding. After that finished I stopped taking the prenatals and my nails began to chip, hair started to fall, etc. Now that I'm not pregnant I take one versus 3 daily and it still does wonders. I recommend it to my gfs trying to grow their hair out. Of course this is only part of the visible proof that it is working, it must be doing wonders inside our body as well. Thank you for free shipping. #sweepstake
