Thanks to bzzagent my sister had the chance to try these during her pregnancy in exchange for an honest review! She mentioned that give her a great amount of energy. She did say the down fall but totally bearable is the smell. When I smelled them they do have a fish like scent which might be a bit of a turn off to a pregnant person having nausea. These vitamins are vegan friendly and have no gluten, soy nor GMOs. They also have no coloring or preservatives. A great thing that they mention is that it's also easy on the stomach. The serving size is 3 capsules daily which seems fair in my opinion. My sister is always mentioning she is super tired so for her to say it gave her energy means they are truly worth trying! She recommended them and based on her review they will be the ones I will use.

I have a hard time swallowing pills. Even little ones. So it's been hard for me to find a prenatal that works for me! I really love the fact that you are able to open the capsules and mix it with food or drink. It makes my life much easier!! I also appreciate the quality ingredients used to make this prenatal vitamin. Everything comes from food sources and is vegan and gluten free which I think is awesome because so many people can use this product without issue. It doesn't upset my stomach as bad as other prenatal I have used but I still recommend taking it with food so you don't get a stomach ache. Overall I think that this is an excellent prenatal vitamin made with very quality ingredients and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a prenatal.

The dha gives this a strong fish smell and flavor. I am pleased with the ingredient list and will attempt to continue use since iron supplements already somewhat unpleasant and this has not aggravated my digestive system as others have in the past.

These prenatals are amazing! They are packed full of what you and baby need, and nothing that you don't. It's amazing that they are vegetarian, too.

I can't say enough good things. Let's start with the fact most prenatals are huge. These are not only just a bit bigger than a normal headache med, they're also gel caps. Which makes taking them so much easier. Inside of the gel cap is a powder, so if you have problems with taking pills you could even put it on applesauce. Now, let's talk about my hair. So I was recently hospitalized for three months and had three surgeries while I was there. It definitely took a toll on me. Since I've been home I have been experiencing hair loss. Now, I'm not going to say that these stopped it, but I've definitely noticed a considerable difference. Even in the way it looks and feels. So much was drained from me and I think these are help putting it back. I have even felt better. I just feel like I'm supposed to finally. My skin looks better, healthier. But honestly, I can't get over my hair. The amount of hair it's has saved is all worth it. That in itself sold me. For that reason alone I will continue to purchase these.

These prenatal vitamins are very large and the recommended dose is 3! On top of that, they have a very strong, pungent smell. Very fishy. They're vegan so it probably comes from the algae. I almost couldn't swallow them. I had to wash my hands after handling. Would not recommend.

I LOVE this product as I am vegan and TTC. You need to take 3 capsules daily, but it doesn't bother me one bit. Very easy to take and good quality nutrition.
