A nice vitamin to ward off seasonal affective disorder in winter. Doesn't irritate my stomach - easy to take and easy to digest. I also love that it's not overloaded with too much vitamin D like other companies do. Too much of a vitamin is not a good thing! This is just enough. In winter I want to avoid seasonal affective disorder, and this is just the ticket. It's easy to take and easy to digest with zero stomach upset and it's not too overloaded either - other companies load their vitamins up with way too high of an amount and too high levels of most things is not good. This is a nice addition to my daily multivitamin, particularly in winter
